For Switzerland & Europe Shipments: We process and ship orders within 48 hours of receiving them (Monday-Friday), excluding Swiss national holidays, from our head office in Switzerland. Please note, orders placed after 14:00 CEST on Friday will be processed the next business day (Monday).
For US Shipments: Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of receipt (Monday-Friday), excluding major US national holidays, from our fulfillment center in Illinois. Orders placed after 14:00 EST on Friday will also be processed the next business day (Monday).
For Europe: We process and ship orders within 48 hours of receiving them (Monday-Friday), excluding EU national holidays, from our head office in France. Please note, orders placed after 12:00 CEST on Friday will be processed the next business day (Monday).
