Good News! Pickup Option Now Available in Europe
We’re excited to announce a new delivery option for our European customers — you can now choose to pick up your parcel at a nearby location for added convenience.
⚠️ Please note: This service is currently available only for customers in Europe. It is not yet available for customers in the US or Switzerland.
📌 How It Works
After completing your payment, you’ll be redirected to a “Thank You” page where you can select your preferred pickup point.
The system will automatically select the closest location by default — but you can change it to any other option listed on that page.
Make sure to select your preferred pickup point right away as you will not be able to change the pickup location once the fulfillment centre started to work on the order.
❗ Missed the Pickup Selection?
If you closed the Thank you page and forgot to choose your pickup location or want to change it after completing your order, please contact us immediately at info@swisstoniq.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
⚠️ Please note: If the fulfillment centre has started to work on your order, we can no longer change the pickup point. Please contact us right away after placing the order so we can still change the pickup point for you.If the pickup point can't be changed anymore on our end, the parcel will be delivered to the default pickup point selected by the system (1st choice or nearest location to your address).
🛒 Step-by-Step Guide
Add your items to the cart and proceed to checkout.
On the checkout page, enter your shipping address under Delivery Information.
Scroll down to the Shipping Method section.
Select “Colissimo Pickup” as your delivery option.
Proceed to payment and complete your order.

📍 Choosing Your Pickup Location
After payment, on the Thank You page, you'll see a list of available pickup points:
Click “Choose this pickup point” next to your preferred location.
Once selected, the system will automatically save your choice and update your order.
