Orders shipped to countries outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes, duties or handling fees charged by the local customs office. If customs applies a fee, you will normally receive a message or email from them or the delivery carrier asking you to pay the charges before delivery.
We understand this can be an unexpected cost and we are very sorry for any inconvenience. As a small business we are not able to cover these fees. Our margins are low due to the quality of ingredients we use, and we already offer free shipping and free gifts on orders over 165 chf. Customs charges are set by your local authorities and must be paid by the recipient.
