Your satisfaction with your skin and your skincare routine is very important to us. If a product does not suit your skin or you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to process return requests after this period.
If you need help finding the right product for your skin, Fiona, our Botanical Formulator and Skin Advisor, will be happy to offer personalized guidance. If appropriate, we may provide a replacement product or a refund in the form of a store credit note for the purchase price of the product, excluding shipping costs.
5-Day Defective Product Guarantee
If you receive a product that is damaged, broken, or appears faulty, please notify us within 5 days of delivery so we can assist you promptly. Requests submitted after this period may no longer be eligible for a replacement or refund in the form of a credit note.
Our products are made with 100% natural ingredients that are uncooked, unprocessed, and therefore fresh and alive. As a result, slight variations in texture, color, or consistency may occasionally occur. Please rest assured that each batch is nutrient-tested, and these natural variations do not affect the product's quality, benefits, or effectiveness.
Exchanges
If you accidentally ordered the wrong product, you may return it unopened for an exchange of equal value. Shipping costs associated with exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Cancellations
This section applies to all customers, including those in Switzerland, the USA, and the European Union.
Orders may be cancelled only while they remain in "Unfulfilled" status. Once an order has entered processing and its status changes to "In Progress" or "Fulfilled," it can no longer be cancelled.
Please note that customers located in the European Union may still exercise their statutory right of withdrawal after delivery, subject to applicable laws and exemptions.
Important Notes
- Refunds for customers in Switzerland and the USA are issued only as store credit in the form of a credit note code.
- We do not provide prepaid return labels.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- When submitting a return, refund, or exchange request, please include your order number and the reason for your request so we can assist you efficiently.

European Union Customers
In accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws, customers located in the European Union have the right to return or withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order.
Upon a valid withdrawal request, refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws. Customers may also choose a replacement product or store credit if preferred.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
To exercise this right, customers may use the return/withdrawal function available on the customer account page within a 14 days period or contact us so we can assist you further.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply where exemptions permitted under applicable EU consumer protection laws apply, including certain sealed products that have been opened after delivery for health protection or hygiene reasons.
This section applies only to customers located in the European Union and does not affect any additional rights available under applicable consumer protection laws.
