We have a 30-day replacement for items which are faulty, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a replacement.
In the USA, perishable goods are not accepted back by our fulfilment center once they have been shipped, and will be destroyed upon return, which means we can't provide replacements or credits if you've had a change of mind. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
