How do I request a product change in my subscription?

To make any changes to the product(s) in your subscription, simply contact our customer care team by emailing us at info@swisstoniq.com. Please include:


  • Your full name

  • Your subscription order number (if available)

  • The new product you'd like to receive in place of the current one - please advise us if you'd like to change it permanently or temporarily so our team would be able to assist you accordingly. 

We'll handle the update for you and confirm once it's done.


Is there a deadline to request changes?
Yes — please send your request at least 3 days before your next billing date to ensure the change takes effect in time for your upcoming order.
