Here's the process:

  1.     Head over to our website at www.swisstoniq.com
  2.     Add your desired products into the cart and complete the order.
  3.     Once you receive that order number, send us an email so we can tag it for our fulfillment team to send it with your subscription order.
Quick heads-up: Placing an order online will create a separate order number from the subscription order. If the order amount of both orders (subscription & online order) is below 165 CHF, you might get charged for shipping twice, BUT don't worry, we got you covered! We'll refund one of those shipping costs for you.

And oh, timing is key! Make sure to place your order on the exact day of your subscription.
