1. Why does my serum look different in color from previous bottles?
Our serums are made entirely with natural ingredients, so slight variations in color are normal. For example, rosehip oil may appear more red or orange depending on the season and harvest. These changes do not affect the serum’s performance—the hydrating and nourishing properties remain the same all year round.

2. Why does the texture of my serum feel different sometimes?
Because our ingredients are raw, unprocessed, and uncooked, the texture can naturally vary slightly between batches. Changes in temperature during shipping, storage or simply over time can sometimes affect the serum's consistency/texture. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control. However, rest assured that the active properties of the serum are unaffected, and it will continue to work as intended. We recommend using the serum within the suggested timeframe to ensure maximum freshness and effectiveness. And also to give it hard shake before use to restore the consistency.

3. Why does my serum smell different from previous bottles?
Our serums contain essential oils and plant extracts that are fully natural. The scent may vary slightly depending on the season, harvest, or batch. These subtle differences are normal and do not compromise the quality or effectiveness of the serum.

4. Are these variations a sign that the serum is bad or expired?
No. Variations in color, texture, or scent are natural for products made from fresh, unprocessed ingredients. If your serum is within its validity and has been stored properly, it is safe to use and retains all its benefits.

5. What should I do if my skin reacts differently to a new bottle?
Although rare, sensitivities can occur as our skin changes over time. If you notice any irritation, discontinue use and contact us, we’ll be happy to assist you.
