Our serums are made entirely with natural ingredients, so slight variations in color are normal. For example, rosehip oil may appear more red or orange depending on the season and harvest. These changes do not affect the serum’s performance—the hydrating and nourishing properties remain the same all year round.

2.⁠ ⁠Why does the texture of my serum feel different sometimes?

Because our ingredients are raw, unprocessed, and uncooked, the texture of our serums can naturally vary slightly between batches. Unlike conventional skincare, we do not add synthetic chemicals, stabilizers, or artificial fillers to force a uniform texture. As a result, some natural separation may occasionally occur.

Changes in temperature during shipping, storage, or simply over time can also affect the serum’s consistency or texture. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control. However, rest assured that the active properties and effectiveness of the serum remain unaffected, and it will continue to work as intended.

We recommend giving the serum a good shake before use to help restore consistency and using it within the suggested timeframe to ensure maximum freshness and effectiveness.
